Thank you for shopping with Batch Please Baking! We take great care in preparing and shipping our handmade cookies to ensure they arrive as fresh and delicious as possible.

Order Processing Time

 

All of our cookies are made fresh to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak times (holidays, promotions, or large custom orders), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

 

We currently ship orders within Virginia only. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We primarily ship using USPS.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once the order has been shipped.

Freshness & Handling

 

Our cookies are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit. Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend bringing packages inside as soon as possible after delivery.

Weather Disclaimer

 

Extreme temperatures may affect baked goods during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping perishable items. We are not responsible for melted, softened, or otherwise affected products due to weather conditions after shipment.

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Batch Please Baking is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if an issue arises, please contact us at [your email], and we will do our best to assist you.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

 

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions and timing will be communicated after purchase.
